Isis is 29 years old and has been performing for
about 9 years with the help of her "drag mother"
Tenisha Cassadine (Isis chose not to use her last
name so she could be her own person). She started
performing in 1997 at a club formerly known as Amnesia.
She started at Backstreet, in 2000. Isis has worked
with such famous queens as Lady Bunny, Che Che Larue,
and Raven. Isis is originally from Mississippi but
her home is Memphis, TN. She holds a degree in criminal
justice but she loves dancing and music and has
since she was a child. So entertaining is just her.
Her favorite music is rock, pop, and r&b. She
loves Joan Jett, Heart, Stevie Nicks, Mary J. Blige,
Annie Lennox, Shakira, and Christina Aguilera just
to name a few. She accredits her success to all
of her friends, family, fans and her long time love,
Gary.
