Heather Lane was a featured entertainer in the Detroit, Michigan area. She was a choreographer at Gigi's in Detroit, Michigan from 1990 to 1993. Before that she had worked at Pink Flamingo and was a cast member of Mirage, which was an off take of La Cage. Heather Lane was also on cast at Caesar's Show Bar in Toledo, Ohio for a time.

Heather Lane is the Miss Gay Ohio America 1984-1988.
